First, if you are the plan to run healers, then crit is good for healers, but don't forget your endurance and hp. A healer needs to survive, and if you're knocked over by a stiff breeze then you can't do that. For example, some mechanics make it so you have to take damage. Severe damage. It's preferable a DPS doesn't die, but it's very important the healer has as much uptime as physically possible.
So, stuff like crit jewelry with 4 endurance/ 4 hp rolls (on the earrings at least, I believe also on the rings but I only really know how to roll dps rings because I'm a Gunner main derp), an hp/endurance inner (best Mystic I know who has perfect run RMHM no glitched multiple times personally rolls with an HP inner, but generally you want to prioritize endurance as HP is better for flat damage like in RMHM. So in my opinion at least, endurance and hp are good options. You may want to ask a proper Mystic main though)
On Mystic, one way you can increase your survivability in endgame before you can afford semi scrolls or fancy innerwear (so like literally the first thing you do) is get two skill cooldown rolls on your weapon (you can do this by having one cooldown roll on the +3 +6 +9 part, and the other roll on the part that doesn't have a number by it) and the teleport jaunt cooldown reduction roll on your chest piece. Remember to always masterwork your gear before working on rolls, because rngesus hates you. Once you have the teleport cdr on your chest, double cdr on your weapon, and if possible glyphed for cooldown, you should be able to teleport every 4 seconds.
As a healer, a large part of your job takes place outside of the game, and that is to research. I've seen many parties wipe and groups abandoned because a healer did not research a dungeon before they came in, so they do not know when to cleanse party members, they don't know when to cleanse the boss (this one especially. If Lachelith gets her buff in rmhm because the healer/s didn't cleanse her... let's just say that your only option is to run, pray, and hope your healer doesn't miss it again because you can NOT touch her, you can not rez anyone who dies because if you do YOU will die, and if she's below 30% when she does this... even in lower dungeons like Vault Of Kaprima, if the healer doesn't realize they have a job to do it makes an already painful boss fight into even worse of a slog that honestly a lot of people will just take the dropout penalty and waste a run rather than live through) so Research Research Research.
For some dungeons when you're first learning them (mostly 417 and above) it's best to have another experienced healer with you so they can show you the ropes and guide you through the mechanics so that your entire group doesn't wipe repeatedly because you're having trouble getting it. For example, in Lilith's Keep hard mode the healer needs to cleanse the boss as she's flying up into the air and doing a donut, or else she wipes the entire team. Priest's super easy as they have a lock on boss cleanse. On Mystic it's risky as you have to get right next to the boss as she's doing something that can one-shot you if you don't time all your skills right. I do not solo heal lkhm as I have not yet managed to succeed at it on my mystic. It's doable, but it's just harder.
